Although I’m happy with the table, the fact that the two upgraded cues I purchased were not delivered with the table on August 8th was frustrating. And, despite a number of attempts to request an update on delivery, I’m still waiting …

Review of Signature Pool Table and Table Tennis Top We recently purchased the Signature Pool Table and Table Tennis Top for our youth club, and we are very pleased with the products. They are robust and durable, perfectly suited to withstand the energetic environment of a youth club. The customer service experience was fantastic. Sam made the entire process effortless and easy, from the initial sale to the final delivery. His support was greatly appreciated. However, there was a minor issue with the delivery. While the two-man team did an excellent job of building and placing the table as requested, we did not receive a delivery/tracking time slot as expected. Instead, we received a call at 07:12 AM on the day of delivery, which caught us off guard as no one was onsite to receive it. A notification the day before would have helped us avoid the last-minute rush to get someone to open the building. Overall, we are very satisfied with the products and the customer service, but improving the delivery notification process would make the experience even better.
