I ordered the 3-in one pool table online and received regular messages and updates as to when my delivery was going to be, and the delivery requirements, as its very heavy.! I was concerned about building it up, but when i called i was told it is very easy, and it was. Clear instructions were provided. Unfortunately, some screws were missing but i was easily able to make contact, and replacement screws were sent without an issue. Overall, great service from a small friendly team, who couldnt do enough to help.
