For somebody with only an idea of mine to go off, Rob took the time over email and then over the phone to guide me through the products available, and then tailored the advice to my specific needs. There was no pressure, only expert advice, and this allowed me to make informed decisions to bring that idea to life. The table itself was to be put into an incomplete outside building at the time of ordering. The team made sure that delivery did not take place until our building was constructed. This was a big concern prior to ordering, and honestly it was quickly made into just a factor that didn't cause any fuss. We were put at ease and are still now appreciative of this. The table itself, along with our accessories, is top quality and as a family we have already spent countless hours of fun with friends.
