I'd researched the pool/dining table options for a few months and always came back to Home Leisure due to the options available. In the end I went for the Warwick Signature after a quick chat with the team, they could have suggested other more expensive options but believed this would meet the requirements. I was told that t would be between 1-4 weeks for delivery and that they would try to get it to me ASAP as the finish/cloth option was in stock. It was delivered and installed within 10 days, I did not need to chase once and was kept completely informed. The installation from Chris and Jake took around 40 minutes and they ensured that the table was in the best place and completely level. Explained that there would be some movement due to the carpet level and what to do when that happened. The quality of the balls is excellent and I went for the snooker pack as well, which is really good quality. I was warned that the standard pool cues it came with were not that great and while they do a job, they are pretty poor quality. I also bought to of the Whirlwind cues but these did not come with the delivery due to an issue with stock. After chasing I was told that they would be delivered as soon as they ae back in stock (there was an issue with the quality and they would not send these out until they were happy that they are providing something of quality). All round - brilliant product and service, they do exactly what they say that will and the after service is great, very happy.
