Unfortunately I had to wait over 2 months for my pinball machine and the one I initially ordered and paid for had been sold. The website was slow to update this and I only found this out when I rang up to confirm measurements as I knew things would be tight getting it into my house. At the time we were in lockdown and deliveries were a no go, but when you are paying out that much money for a machine, it would be nice for them to contact me more than I contacted them. The delivery lads were excellent and took care getting the machine into my house and respected my house as well. Even when there was a fault with one of the flippers, they stayed around to get it fixed. Would I order from them again, yes I would without hesitation, even though management needs to step up a gear :)
