I would have given a 5 star, but the initial order was incorrect on the monogram, but a corrected item was done and sent immediately. Great customer service, I emailed the issue, received a response (on a weekend even), and received the newly revised item within 5 days. Was told to keep the incorrect item as do with it as we pleased, so we will!
