“Website was super easy to use, gave an example of what your engraving would look like before confirming order. It took a little longer than what I had expected to receive, but that was no issue. I had to remind myself it was being personalized and quality takes time. I ordered the custom decanter, whiskey glass set, and handcrafted box for my boyfriends 40th birthday. As soon as I opened it up to check everything before giving it to him, the box was engraved wrong. The glasses and decanter were correct. I responded to my original order confirmation email and in less than 24hrs I heard back from Bobby. He was so friendly and after a couple of questions to verify exactly all that was wrong he had it resolved and is sending me a new box. So amazing.
