“The process of ordering was very easy and delivery was excellent. We'll packed items, each item came packed in individual boxes (Glassware, Smoking items), then all items were repacked in a heavier box with add packing.
Where the company failed in my opinion was with the advertised product discription, where it stated engraved glasses. This leads one to believe you are receiving a great price until you complete the questions on how you would like your engraving, I E. your Initials, Laptop name, etc. It is then you realize the overall price increases $19.00 for the engraving. I believe it would have been more useful to be upfront in the description and include the word "optional".
The second improvement that I would recommend would be to improve the communication between the company and the customer pertaing to purchased goods.
In my case I received a email / txt from Homewetbar telling me they received my order and the are working on it, the next time I received any communication was from the delivery company that the package was being delivered.
Homewetbar should have provide me a notice of the package being shipped and the tracking number.
Improve on the 2-items I have listed and they could be a 5-star rated company.
QUALITY CONTROL, is easy to do!

“The wooden box is a nice touch, but I was surprised that there are no partitions for the glasses inside the box. The glasses are also smaller than I expected, but I guess I didn’t notice the 9 oz notation in the glasses description”
