“The process was very easy to order and was sent quickly. The product was engraved properly and looks great. My son is going to love it. The only issue was with the box i ordered for it which was not glued properly but was an easy fix for me. I ordered from a different company first and everything was wrong. When i contacted them numberious times, I got the run around. I called and was told it was my fault but they would replace it. A month later still have not received my item. This company was very prompt with sending me what i ordered. If I need anything again it will be this company.”
