Ordered a personalized decanter set for my brother and personalized wine glasses for my sister-in-law. Everything was delivered safely. The only issue I had was that the decanter was supposed to be engraved, but It was not. I called Home Wet Bar and left a message. I received a call the next day. They requested photos, which I promptly sent. Within a week, I received the decanter with it engraved. My hats off to everyone at Home Wet Bar for their prompt and courteous service. I will order from you again when the time is needed. BTW both my brother and sister-in-law love everything. The only reason I gave them a star was because of the mistake. Thank you
