Very pleasant people to communicate with and met my needs as a customer and requirements of my order, also nice to know they are a local company too. One of the frames came with a mark on it, but it's minor overall and the windows were very good value for money and what I wanted, so I'm happy with them. I have since recommended this supplier to a family member to use and they've placed an order - so hopefully they'll also have a good experience.
