James was great we visited the showroom twice we knew what we wanted to see. He didn't try and push anything extra and we didn't feel any pressure to purchase after a full quote was done. Order was over Christmas so slowed it down a bit as warehouse was closed from window supplier so nothing to do with home hub. Windows arrived as stated reminder to pay remainder of Bill was helpful. They have been fitted and look amazing. Dealt with accounts as well they were efficient and pleasant on the phone.
