Excellent execution of installation. We did have a 4 day delay for which a discount was offered!!! This discount did not materialise. This delay did inevitably cause some inconvenience. I think you could have scored '10s' if there had not been such a delay or could have been communicated earlier than the day prior to the original appointment.
