I am very happy with my windows, however there was an issue with the door. I was not aware that I was going to be sent an order summary after the survey. This summary ended up in my Spam folder therefore I was unable to check it and consequently the door was not as I had ordered. In the end it was a minor detail but it could potentially have been disasterous. Even so the panel on the door was delivered incorrectly but this is being replaced. Customers should be advised to look out for and carefully check the order summary.
