I had replacement windows fitted and when the wind blew the windows would whistle.I phoned window warehouse in ascot and the response was disgusting. I phoned them often and it took 5 months before anyone would come to my home to see what the problem was. I was given lie after lie from Julie the receptionist,she just was not in the least bit interested in my complaint. It is now 10 months and we still have the problem.
