PLEASE DON'T USE HOMELET to reference your future tenants. Use Goodlord or something else! Their website is unusable and buggy. I'm a tenant trying to complete referencing by filling out homelet's online form, but it randomly crashes and times out when you click the next button. Also every time you log back in, it forgets information that you already filled in, like postcodes. I tried it on different computers, but same result. I've completed a lot of referencing in the past few years and Homelet's is the worst. Also make sure you don't open your homelet tenancy application page from your phone's email browser or else your login gets corrupted and you won't be able to log back in ever again. They do mention this somewhere in their long email that they send when they invite you to fill out the form, but I doubt anyone reads the whole thing. If you're an estate agency
