Disgusting.
Because of this poorly ran company who seem incapable of communicating, my move-in date has been delayed.
They don't even answer their emails, send emails and texts to the wrong person, don't ask for the right documents at the start, then ask for extra upon extra documents. Upon calling them the woman said that I needed to speak to the letting agent, refused to deal with my request to process the documents before my original move-in date, and put me on hold for 10 minutes until I hung up. Waste of phone credit!
