Booked for a help to buy RICS survey, the process was very easy and James contacted me to explain the process and was very clear and polite.
We received a time window of when to expect the surveyor and the day before the booking we got given a 2 hour time window for arrival.
Surveyor arrived on time and completed the survey with all paperwork sent by email on the same day just a few hours after arriving.
