“The website used for booking surveys has an option to choose the dates of the survey. On entering the preferred dates, the website said ‘Good availability’ of surveyors that lead me to believe that I can get the dates I want and I paid and booked the survey. All the while I was also supported by customer service agent to whom I have also mentioned the dates and urgency. Upon payment and booking I am told that the surveyors are only available 15 days later than the requested date. I felt cheated and requested cancellation immediately and I still charged £27 for this! Be mindful do not trust the dates.”

“Very happy with the booking of my homebuyer’s survey now. Thanks to Robert who’s been very helpful. He was also able to find me the best offer we could get in the market for our survey. With our timeline, hopefully, they can book our survey asap. Will do another review once our survey’s done.”

“After being let down by so many others I eventually found Hugh from Homemove who went over and above to ensure that I had a survey as soon as possible. This was very good service and Hugh solved many of my problems very quickly. I shall certainly recommend you. best Lynn Woodley”

“Homemove provided me with a service to have my house valued by a RIC's certified surveyor. Their 3rd-party sub-contractors badly let them down, but how Sarah Jane and her management supported me was exceptional. I always tell my team that we are never judged or rated by our successes, only by how we deal with problems. It would have been easy to be angry with Homemove and give a damning review, but because of the way they handled themselves, particularly by Sarah Jane, it's 5/5. Highly recommended!”

“I’ve had excellent service from sarahjane , I needed a probate valuation for my father’s estate and not only was the service and communication throughout extremely good and professional, it was consistent. Sarahjane had empathy and compassion ,acknowledging that this was a difficult and emotional time for me and my family. Sarahjane also made sure we got the best price for the valuation and the result of the valuation was also of a high standard.”

“Sarahjane could not have been more lovely or more helpful, she went above and beyond and nothing was too much bother. She found a removals company for me at very late notice, *and* managed to get it booked on a day when nobody else in the county was available. The move itself could not have gone better. 10/10 Can't recommend enough. Thank you again!”

“Have used so far for a conveyancer (has been excellent so far) and for a Home Survey. Price for the survey was much more competitive than prices quoted from the bank and estate agent. James is our first port of call throughout the moving process. Highly recommended”

“I needed a level 3 structural survey asap and Sarahjane was excellent and delivered a comprehensive professional service keeping me in touch all the way. Barry carried out the survey and produced a comprehensive detailed assessment and report to accommodate my time scale. He was also available to discuss his findings with me after the work was carried out. “Sarah-Jane treated me like a trusted friend throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. She kept in constant communication to keep me updated with progress and even tried daily to attempt a cancellation survey to speed up the process for me. The survey took longer than estimated however when I received the 75pg survey I fully appreciated why. Nether the less SJ chased and text with updates and escalated when necessary. I would highly recommend the level 3 survey as great value for money and an easy process. Thank you 😊”
