The website used for booking surveys has an option to choose the dates of the survey. On entering the preferred dates, the website said ‘Good availability’ of surveyors that lead me to believe that I can get the dates I want and I paid and booked the survey. All the while I was also supported by customer service agent to whom I have also mentioned the dates and urgency. Upon payment and booking I am told that the surveyors are only available 15 days later than the requested date. I felt cheated and requested cancellation immediately and I still charged £27 for this! Be mindful do not trust the dates.
