Sarah-Jane treated me like a trusted friend throughout.
Nothing was too much trouble. She kept in constant communication to keep me updated with progress and even tried daily to attempt a cancellation survey to speed up the process for me.
The survey took longer than estimated however when I received the 75pg survey I fully appreciated why.
Nether the less SJ chased and text with updates and escalated when necessary.
I would highly recommend the level 3 survey as great value for money and an easy process.
