I was a little nervous trying this new platform but IT WAS EASY!!!! I felt very supported through the entire process. Essentially it is the internet that sells your home. Homepie helps every step of the way. Even on the weekends when I had a question, I used the chat box and was able to get my questions answered timely. I never felt like I was unsure if we were making the right decision. We used their suggested photographer and the sign out front but we didn’t need the lock key box. The photographer did an amazing job! The house was only on the market 3 days!!! We negotiated with the buyer’s realtor ourselves and then homepie guided us through the paperwork. We got full asking price for the home and we saved $18,000 on realtor fees. I will certainly use them again in the future and I highly recommend them to everyone.
