“I just closed my sale a couple weeks ago on Homepie and I couldn't be happier. I literally saved $31,500 on agent commission selling my home myself on Homepie. I spoke with a realtor who discouraged me from selling it on my own. He said I would get less for my home (and get sued...), but I actually ended up selling for $10K more than he said it would sell for and and we closed without a hitch! I've bought and sold real estate in the past. The process doesn't scare me so I felt like I could do it myself, but I never thought it would be this easy. Their website/software is really well done and worked flawlessly. You can order a yard sign from the site, which I thought maybe I didn't need at first, but after it was installed it made a big difference for exposure. Pricing was really fair, including installation and removal. I also recommend ordering the smart lock box - but here's a tip - go with renting it rather than purchasing and you'll save about $100. Within days of having the sign up and listing it online I had a ton of inquiries and multiple offers! After one of the buyers and I agreed to terms, we signed the purchase contract, they set us up with a transaction coordinator and an escrow/title company. They walked us through all the paperwork and legal disclosures. **Another tip - the forms are easy to fill out, but just make sure you disclose any issue you know about, even if you think it minor. If you are unsure if you need to disclose something, just type it in the form to avoid any hiccups. Be honest and you'll be in good shape. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I'd recommend Homepie to anyone who doesn't mind getting their hands a little dirty to save a boatload of money on commission. Super smooth process... Thank you homepie! You've got a loyal customer for life.”

“1000 Stars for Homepie. I was extremely pleased with Homepie’s online agency. I enlisted the assistance of Homepie to sell my investment property in Ontario, Ca. as a FSBO. (For Sale By Owner). I chose the Standard package and my T/C (Transaction Coordinator) was Tammy. The support, guidance, expertise and communication was over the top. I saved thousands of dollars at closing by listing my property as a FSBO with Homepie. The software platform is straightforward and very easy to navigate. The T/C will provide you with a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) and all necessary legal paperwork , while guiding you every step of the way!. No need to worry about anything. “I can’t say enough good things about homepie and their staff. Selling your house on your own can be scary but Tammy and her staff truly made the process as easy as possible. They are there to help you at every turn and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail, picture, and listing was to my exact specifications. They are very hands on and will walk you through every step over the phone if you need help. Any type of problem or question was resolved the same day the issue/question occurred! Again, I can’t say enough good things about them. They treat their clients like family. Not to mention I saved over 42k by listing with them instead of an agent!!!”

“Homepie staff were very accessible and friendly. Tammy was a calming influence for me throughout the sale of my property. I especially appreciate that she took the time for phone conversations, which really helped clear up any questions that came up. The staff were knowledgeable, gave sound advice, and connected me with a wonderful drone photographer, Ron. I opted for their transaction coordination service, which was reasonably priced. Best of all, I didn't feel I needed to hire a seller's agent, so I saved that commission fee. Homepie makes "For Sale By Owner" very doable. I highly recommend their service!!!”

“The team at Homepie helped me through every step of the listing and sale of my home. In fact, the Realtor for the buyer lied to their client about what we were saying, which would have ended the sale. Once I found the contact info for the buyer, Homepie helped me save the deal and we were able to get our asking price and close on time. There's no better way to sell your home, and avoiding working with Realtors and saving their commission was just icing on the cake!”

“I remember the first time I took the phone call from HomePie’s appointment setter. I’ve never had sold home by myself before and they told me they would provide assistance for people that are selling their homes by themselves and I thought “well let me give it a shot, it wouldn’t hurt to hear them out“. Once I took the call, I was connected with Tammy. Tammy was able to tell me all about their services. I was a little bit skeptical but as I move further and further through the process I realized how unbelievably powerful their platform was. Tammy herself became my transaction coordinator and that proved to be the best part of all. The platform and the service experience was excellent. I couldn’t be more happy and feel like… scratch that, I know… I saved a lot of money. I hope to be able to use Homepie once again if I’m fortunate enough to have acquired another property and need their services in the future.”
