“I just closed my sale a couple weeks ago on Homepie and I couldn't be happier. I literally saved $31,500 on agent commission selling my home myself on Homepie. I spoke with a realtor who discouraged me from selling it on my own. He said I would get less for my home (and get sued...), but I actually ended up selling for $10K more than he said it would sell for and and we closed without a hitch! I've bought and sold real estate in the past. The process doesn't scare me so I felt like I could do it myself, but I never thought it would be this easy. Their website/software is really well done and worked flawlessly. You can order a yard sign from the site, which I thought maybe I didn't need at first, but after it was installed it made a big difference for exposure. Pricing was really fair, including installation and removal. I also recommend ordering the smart lock box - but here's a tip - go with renting it rather than purchasing and you'll save about $100. Within days of having the sign up and listing it online I had a ton of inquiries and multiple offers! After one of the buyers and I agreed to terms, we signed the purchase contract, they set us up with a transaction coordinator and an escrow/title company. They walked us through all the paperwork and legal disclosures. **Another tip - the forms are easy to fill out, but just make sure you disclose any issue you know about, even if you think it minor. If you are unsure if you need to disclose something, just type it in the form to avoid any hiccups. Be honest and you'll be in good shape. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I'd recommend Homepie to anyone who doesn't mind getting their hands a little dirty to save a boatload of money on commission. Super smooth process... Thank you homepie! You've got a loyal customer for life.”

“1000 Stars for Homepie. I was extremely pleased with Homepie’s online agency. I enlisted the assistance of Homepie to sell my investment property in Ontario, Ca. as a FSBO. (For Sale By Owner). I chose the Standard package and my T/C (Transaction Coordinator) was Tammy. The support, guidance, expertise and communication was over the top. “I can’t say enough good things about homepie and their staff. Selling your house on your own can be scary but Tammy and her staff truly made the process as easy as possible. They are there to help you at every turn and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. They went above and beyond to make sure every detail, picture, and listing was to my exact specifications. They are very hands on and will walk you through every step over the phone if you need help. Any type of problem or question was resolved the same day the issue/question occurred! “Homepie staff were very accessible and friendly. Tammy was a calming influence for me throughout the sale of my property. I especially appreciate that she took the time for phone conversations, which really helped clear up any questions that came up. The staff were knowledgeable, gave sound advice, and connected me with a wonderful drone photographer, Ron. I opted for their transaction coordination service, which was reasonably priced. Best of all, I didn't feel I needed to hire a seller's agent, so I saved that commission fee. Homepie makes "For Sale By Owner" very doable. I highly recommend their service!!!”

Once I found the contact info for the buyer, Homepie helped me save the deal and we were able to get our asking price and close on time. “I remember the first time I took the phone call from HomePie’s appointment setter. I’ve never had sold home by myself before and they told me they would provide assistance for people that are selling their homes by themselves and I thought “well let me give it a shot, it wouldn’t hurt to hear them out“. Once I took the call, I was connected with Tammy. Tammy was able to tell me all about their services. I was a little bit skeptical but as I move further and further through the process I realized how unbelievably powerful their platform was. Tammy herself became my transaction coordinator and that proved to be the best part of all. The platform and the service experience was excellent. I couldn’t be more happy and feel like… scratch that, I know… I saved a lot of money. I hope to be able to use Homepie once again if I’m fortunate enough to have acquired another property and need their services in the future.”

“Homepie was exactly what I was looking for. I sold a couple of our rental condos previously when my ex-wife and I divorced 20 years ago and wanted to give it try this time as well, selling my home. Well, the timing was both good and bad - market up, inventory down, interest rates great, but also Covid, holidays, people traveling and occupied with family, hesitant about in-person stuff. I had plenty of phone calls and a few lowball offers, and I was frustrated why things weren't happening more quickly. Tammy was positive and comforting with my frustrations and wonderings during a rough patch for me. She had Sean (the listing realtor) take a look at my listing. He gave me a very thorough report, and recommended getting professional photos done, rather than use the ones that I took. Well, after being on the MLS, Zillow, Realtor, Redfin, etc for 5-6 weeks with my lame photos and not getting good offers, I went with Sean's recommendation and used their photographer, with the photos posting late on a Thursday. I sold it that Sunday, 3 days later, full ask. Couldn't be more pleased with Homepie, and everyone on the team I dealt with - the initial person that contacted me, the support person I chatted with several times with initial questions and other ones that came up, and several phonecalls with Tammy, and the great research and advice from Sean. Thank you thank you thank you Homepie. You did exactly what I needed you to do.”

“It was nice to feel in control of selling our home with the underlying support of the HomePie platform. We feel like we accomplished and learned a lot! Our home sold for our asking price. We saved at least $15,000 to $20,000 that many realters were expecting to receive, had we agreed to use a listing agent. Along with the online negotiating platform, we used HomePie's sign and followed their recommendations for a transaction coordinator (TC)....She was wonderful!!! We were so grateful for the myriads of questions that were answered and education we received whenever we were uncertain about terminology, protocols and procedures. The feedback that we received from our transaction coordinator and concierge from HomePie was that this transaction presented more challenges than typical FSBO transactions do. (There were multiple occasions when Sean, VP of HomePie timely answered phone calls and/or texts after hours and on weekends to help our transaction run more smoothly.) Throughout the process of the transaction, we were coached in using jargon when questioned by experienced realtors. (Some realtors actually asked what our license number was!🤣 ) We felt the encouragement we received was exceptional!! As new and emerging companies advertise FSBO support, we highly recommend HomePie as the most supportive, informative and economical way to accomplish selling your home if your goal is to, "keep your piece of the pie".
