“Horrible experience! Agents were confused on how to submit their offers. Disclosures were not sent all together and you had to fill out the information send it and then the disclosures were sent again doubled the work and time. Their explanation was they eliminate work and it is really the opposite. Some disclosures were not sent that should have been sent in the very beginning until the day we were closing. The whole thing did not go right. I sold a previous property with FSBO and it went very smoothly. I could go on but I hope I made my point. I give it 0 stars Also trying to submit this review, they have terms and conditions and total control over the review. Recommendation if you really know how things should work don’t use them. If you don’t have a clue what to do they will sell you on it.”

“Homepie was exactly what I was looking for. I sold a couple of our rental condos previously when my ex-wife and I divorced 20 years ago and wanted to give it try this time as well, selling my home. Well, the timing was both good and bad - market up, inventory down, interest rates great, but also Covid, holidays, people traveling and occupied with family, hesitant about in-person stuff. I had plenty of phone calls and a few lowball offers, and I was frustrated why things weren't happening more quickly. Tammy was positive and comforting with my frustrations and wonderings during a rough patch for me. She had Sean (the listing realtor) take a look at my listing. He gave me a very thorough report, and recommended getting professional photos done, rather than use the ones that I took. Well, after being on the MLS, Zillow, Realtor, Redfin, etc for 5-6 weeks with my lame photos and not getting good offers, I went with Sean's recommendation and used their photographer, with the photos posting late on a Thursday. I sold it that Sunday, 3 days later, full ask. Couldn't be more pleased with Homepie, and everyone on the team I dealt with - the initial person that contacted me, the support person I chatted with several times with initial questions and other ones that came up, and several phonecalls with Tammy, and the great research and advice from Sean. Thank you thank you thank you Homepie. You did exactly what I needed you to do.”

“It was nice to feel in control of selling our home with the underlying support of the HomePie platform. We feel like we accomplished and learned a lot! Our home sold for our asking price. We saved at least $15,000 to $20,000 that many realters were expecting to receive, had we agreed to use a listing agent. Along with the online negotiating platform, we used HomePie's sign and followed their recommendations for a transaction coordinator (TC)....She was wonderful!!! We were so grateful for the myriads of questions that were answered and education we received whenever we were uncertain about terminology, protocols and procedures. The feedback that we received from our transaction coordinator and concierge from HomePie was that this transaction presented more challenges than typical FSBO transactions do. (There were multiple occasions when Sean, VP of HomePie timely answered phone calls and/or texts after hours and on weekends to help our transaction run more smoothly.) Throughout the process of the transaction, we were coached in using jargon when questioned by experienced realtors. (Some realtors actually asked what our license number was!🤣 ) We felt the encouragement we received was exceptional!! As new and emerging companies advertise FSBO support, we highly recommend HomePie as the most supportive, informative and economical way to accomplish selling your home if your goal is to, "keep your piece of the pie". “I was a little nervous trying this new platform but IT WAS EASY!!!! I felt very supported through the entire process. Essentially it is the internet that sells your home. Homepie helps every step of the way. Even on the weekends when I had a question, I used the chat box and was able to get my questions answered timely. I never felt like I was unsure if we were making the right decision. We used their suggested photographer and the sign out front but we didn’t need the lock key box. The photographer did an amazing job! The house was only on the market 3 days!!! We negotiated with the buyer’s realtor ourselves and then homepie guided us through the paperwork. We got full asking price for the home and we saved $18,000 on realtor fees. I will certainly use them again in the future and I highly recommend them to everyone.”
