Had exactly same experience as everyone else on here. They tried to charge me a restocking fee for a product I had not received despite paying for it 5 months earlier. Staff are rude and unhelpful, apparently get a phone call every 3 weeks with update, in 21 weeks I got 1 phone call.
Oh and out of the 2 of 3 items I did receive, one was broken and was told I would have to wait 6-8 weeks for a replacement.
Needless to say it has all gone back
