Absolutely apalling customer service. Ordered a clock and when it arrived it was clearly damaged - scrapes to the top and chipped all around. When I emailed the company I was asked to send photos of the damage and their reply was basically that was how the clock was supposed to be!! They refused to pay the return courier charge which to my knowledge is against the law as it was clearly damaged. Refund took nearly 3 weeks to receive after email requests. Simply AVOID!!
