After paying for a mirror 6/7 weeks upfront and no sign of delivery, no response of update (only after I contacted them on several occasions) the mirror arrived - very poor quality so I rang to find out their returns policy. I was told I would have to cover the costs myself via a courier. I wrapped the parcel extremely well putting card in between bubble wrap and was told it arrived smashed therefore I could not have a refund. What a coincidence!!! I will never use this company again!!! Customer service absolutely shocking too!!!
