Disgruntled Customer
I ordered a bed thinking it was in stock. After a couple of emails on my part, I was told this had a 12 week delivery date and was made to order! I was unwilling to wait 12 weeks (especially after paying in full) and cancelled the order. After 10 days the amount had still not returned to my credit card. I called them again only to be told that the order had not been cancelled!! After an apology, I was assured the order was now cancelled and I would be refunded in 7 - 10 working days. Quick enough to take your money but not so efficient at returning it!
