Be very careful - their standard delivery terms are to leave it downstairs, which since most of their goods are bedroom items, seems distinctly unhelpful.
I have suggested that they revisit their policy which we only noticed when the goods were delivered.
The deliverers reluctantly took and chest of drawers and dressing table upstairs as there was not room downstairs to leave them and my wife is recovering from hospital treatment.
