DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I have now been waiting for a bed which I ordered on 20th March. Paid for in full. It was supposed to be delivered on 8th May. I had a call the day before saying it was damaged so wouldn't be arriving with the rest of my furniture. By which time we had got rid of our old bed. After chasing customer services several times I was told the bed would not be ready until end of July. Now that I have enquired again I have just received an unapologetic email stating it is not expected until end of November. No apologies, no discounts, not even a phone call. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. My husband and I have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for six months which is now resulting in back problems. Somebody needs to urgently get in touch and rectify this situation. You were quick enough to take our money from us, and we have had nothing but hassle in return for it. I would not recommend Homes 365 to anyone other than watchdog, the Evening Gazette and perhaps BBC radio Tees for an investigative article on this absolutely disgraceful company.
