Terrible customer service. Found 3 pieces of furniture we wanted and double checked by phone call they matched in paint colour. Ordered expecting 6 week delivery as per main page of their website. Subsequently received a telephone call stating console did not match. They had no record of my first conversation. (what a suprise) They advised they could match it by painting but there would be a charge. I argued I was advised it would match they said words to the effect of 'no can do have to charge' so I reluctantly agreed. 4 months later stcok finally in (but it will take a further 2 weeks to deliver mind you). I suggested they waive the cost of painting they said no!!! Needless to say I was rather irate. They also had the audacity on the phone to tell me to change my tone with them!!
