Ordered new bedroom furniture. Get a call the day before it's due to be delivered to day they've damaged the bed and can't replace it. I'd already disposed of my existing bed and furniture and I'm now left with my mattress on the floor!
Non existent customer service. Given the option of cancelling the order or paying double for a different bed. THEY DO NOT CARE.
