Avoid! Ordered over 2k of furniture in January. I had used a similar company previous and knew the wait time could be ridiculously long so used the finance option as they don’t take any money until you have taken delivery rather than part with all that money up front then wait months for my furniture! They insisted all items had to be delivered together and some were out of stock which wasn’t a problem as one of the rooms wasn’t ready till March anyway. Eventually after much chasing delivery was arranged for the second week in March. The day before they rang to say as the dressing table stool was found to be broken on inspection they would now be unable to deliver until another stool arrived which would be the end of April! My husband works 4K miles away and he was home especially to be here when the furniture arrived. I argued this point and that we could really live without the stool please just send the other larger 10 items. Eventually they made an exception and agreed. The delivery arrived, the delivery team had to assemble the wardrobe which I had believed to be fully assembled and they couldn’t get the top part on straight or the doors to align properly. The living room glass mirrored furniture had a lot of glue marks but I decided to live with it. After about an hour the delivery guys said they couldn’t make the wardrobe any better so we signed the delivery docket. At the end of April the stool arrived and was broken. I was told to throw it away and they would order another one. At this point after many attempts by my husband to align the wardrobe doors I complained about it and they eventually agreed that when the stool was delivered the delivery man would try to sort it out. Move forward another month I received a call to say my stool would be delivered the following week. The guy turns up tries in vain to sort the wardrobe out with no joy. I ask him to bring the stool in and I’ll get back onto the customer care team regarding wardrobe. ‘stool? What stool?’ There was no stool on the truck!! Bearing in mind we are now in June!! He rings the office and she says no the stool won’t be here till July! Anyway I managed to get 10% refund on the wardrobe but to be honest I paid £850 for a wardrobe that I feel is worth about £350 so £85 refund isn’t great. I’ve decided to cancel the order for the stool as 6 months is a bit of a joke to wait for anything!
