Absolutely rude and unprofessional especially Lisa who was patronising.
Called to enquire as to the status of an order placed 6 days ago to be told it will take 21 days. Explained I had called before ordering to check stock status and told it would be dispatched immediately but apparently I had misheard. I explained I had not and wanted a refund to be told did I want it now or in 21 days.
Won't buy a thing from them again or recommend them to anyone. Lisa clearly needs to understand what customer service is as she is a liability to the company....
