Awful experience. Received broken mirror. Waited 3 months for a replacement. Terrible customer service, rude and unhelpful. Asked to cancel and was told I’d have to cover return postage (£48). Anyway finally received replacement and broken one collected. Mirror is distorted and unusable. Avoid avoid avoid.
