One of the worst customer service ever faced, regrettably ordered furniture worth 2,5k without reading any feedbacks. Arrived late, bed frame completely messed up, 2 models in a single package, parts don’t fit together.. They won’t take any responsibility about it, pointing fingers towards suppliers is all they do. “Re-stocking” fee applies if you want to return any items, shipping is also on you, plus insurance. Disgusting They work with several suppliers, orders placed as one on website is sent in separate deliveries, takes months to get them in. If you are lucky enough to get your order messed up, and considering they’re customer service, you are set for a long, expensive and exhausting battle. Careful 🙂
