Very quick and taking your money but very slow at refunding it back!! cancelled my order of a chest of drawers and was told the refund would go back onto the card I paid with and could take 10 days. When I emailed on the 10th day they said it had only just been done by the accounts team this morning and should be in my account by the end of the week Friday. It’s been 3 weeks and I still have not received my money!!!!!
