Ordered a table that was on Sale. Item sat on website with no delivery information. Cancelled and emailed them they got back to me and informed me to ring their sales Dept. Did that and I was informed that it takes 10 day's to refund. More than 10 day's passed No Refund. Emailed Again and received email back with delivery date Mid July. I rang them and they had no record of my call to cancel & Refund. Nice girl in sales cancelled the order & is issuing refund. Ordered & Paid on 01/06. Still waiting. If items are marked Down in Sale they should be there and shipped and website updated. lesson Learned.
