absolutely terrible company. they should not be able to operate considering the dangers associated with plumbing and heating, especially as a "Home Emergency" cover provider.
If you want to have to wait weeks for someone to even look at a problem, then have to pay multiple excesses as they fix working things in order to find the thing that was broken, be advised to do half of it yourself, and get messed around with appointment re-bookings whilst you're at it; this is the cover for you. If not, save your money for a decent company.
