Gentleman Paul was polite and respectful and attended to my blocked drain in an efficient manner. It was taking some time so, after about 15 minutes worth of flushing the problem drain he reassured me that he was making good progress . Task fully completed aftermarket 30 minutes after which he gave useful advice on ' temperamental ' downstairs toilets. MI may not have even flushing hard enough !
