Needed electrical repair on my furnace and was told it would be covered. I had first fix a leak in pipe (which was near the problem) before anything could be done. However after the paying for that repair out of pocket, they then said they WON'T repair because it wasn't a "wear and tear" issue...This was after say they would cover the electrical repair. I was played....
