I called HomeServe to check and fix my gas furnace, the customer service told me that he will place an order and someone will send me a text or email to schedule the service. I waited for two days, I called again since I have not received any texts/email. The lady on the phone told me she will send a dispatch soon, I waited and no one came. I finally decided to get local business here to fix it which they responded right away. So I called HomeServe if they can reimburse me for the cost, well..: they would not stating that it should have to be their own. I explained that it’s getting really cold and freezing in the house with a snow chance the next day. It’s not worth paying a coverage plan when they can’t cover your needs when you badly need it. I ended up canceling all my coverage I got from them.
