Do not use these people, I have been insured with them for over 10 years, and regret wasting my money. I had a leak, they gave me a quote...upon arrival the 'plumber' did not stay for more that 5 mins, and I was charged the £85 call out fee for genuinely nothing. The 'plumber' held a pipe and asked me what it was! Told me it was going to be a £300 job and I can "just tell HomeServe he never came out so I wont be charged the call out fee. He then sent me a request for a review/feedback...I was subsequently charged for nothing. I made a complaint and was told my complaint had been resolved, I have heard nothing from them.
