I refused the room and they cancel my reservation with no hesitation. The hotel houses misplace families and use its property as a shelter. They placed me in the exact are where these families actually live. The room door looked busted open It’s smelled like water damage. And I honestly felt very unsafe. There’s no way I could stay In that room!
I’m left stranded trying to find a room. This is July 4th weekend!! Horrible and sadden!!
