I didn’t see the fine print that said we would be charged upfront for our booking. Given that we were booking a year in advance, wasn’t too happy about tying up a large chunk of cash like that. We changed our minds and cancelled a month later. We waited the 7 business days but still did not receive our refund as promised. Not using this again ever
