It was quick and easy booking process. If I had a complaint it would be I was told I would get an email with all details and I could check in contactless entry (I believe That’s what it is called. I had to call to see if my cabin was ready and was told I had to come in to do paperwork - not that it’s a big issue but if I knew that beforehand we could have been in our cabin an hour and half earlier.
