We were on the road during hurricane force winds and desperate to get a room later that day.
We called Hilton Reservations for a room and got a reservation for HomeToGo.
When we arrived at 11pm we were told “No room” and that they had left a message. “Sorry”.
They did call 3 hrs earlier w/that message but my cell was on GPS and didn’t prompt me if new voice mail.
Clerk told me that this situation happens because of Reservations doesn’t see hotel’s data base.
Inexcusable!
Because of weather, we couldn’t find a room until we looked for one 30 miles away.
Hilton, fix this so-poor customer service!
