I wished I would have done research on this company. I canceled a booking and they will not refund my money even though I am in the booking grace period. I have been emailing them since March 17, 2024. I have provided them a screenshot of the cancellation policy that's listed on their website and a screenshot of my credit card statement with the charge that matches the amount from their website.
Still NOTHING but run around!
