I am not sure what I was expecting, but I thought I would see a picture of the property. Estimate of value does not show recent sales in Tollbrook Ridge, the HOA for the property.
This property should be valued higher due to the size and layout of the lot and the excellent condition of the property compared to another property nearby which sold about one year ago.
